"NYC-NJ Flag"-The New York City-New Jersey Flag Football League is a membership based organization dedicated towards making Flag Football the best it can be in New York City and New Jersey.

Our goal is to put our states on the map as Champions of Regional and National Flag Football tournaments across the United States.

"NYC-NJ Flag" is a nationally sanctioned Adult and Youth Flag Football League affiliated with the "NFL Flag" Youth Program, and the United States Flag & Touch League (USFTL).

Commissioner and Founder Daniel Doherty brings over 16 years of Flag Football experience to "NYC-NJ Flag" as a former player, Coach, Referee and Commissioner.

"NYC-NJ Flag" is a professionally organized recreational flag football league, which seeks to promote the sport of flag football to a new level making New York & New Jersey truly # 1.

Our Leagues Mission is unique but genuine; to elevate the principles of sportsmanship and community through participation in "NYC-NJ Flag", thereby making players of all ages champions of their community as well as winners in the "Sport of Life".
