"NYC-NJ Flag" offers the following formats:
9-man (A-Division)-Competitive  9 on 9 ineligible. Men
8-man (B-Division)-Competitive   8 on 8 ineligible. Men
8-man (B-Division)-Semi-competitive   8 on 8 ineligible. Men
8-man (C-Division)- Recreational   8 on 8 ineligible, Men & Women.

"NYC-NJ Flag" offers "lineman ineligible" style football which has been declared the most traditional and popular style of flag football being offered across the country.

"Lineman Ineligible" simply means that three down lineman are ineligible to run down field to catch passes.

By joining "NYC-NJ Flag" you and your team may be eligible to represent New York, and New Jersey in Regional and, National USFTL Tournament games across the United States.

NYC-NJ Flag Football League is a Regional division of the United States Flag & Touch League.
